What an ACBuy Spreadsheet Can—and Cannot—Tell You
Use the sheet to preserve what was visible when you reviewed a candidate: the exact URL, seller, selected variant, listed price, size evidence, QC questions, and the next action. It is a comparison tool, not a live product database. A saved row cannot guarantee current stock, authenticity, seller performance, fit, inspection quality, final shipping cost, or delivery.
Fields to Track for Every Product Link
| Field | What to record | Review use |
|---|---|---|
| Product Name | A short, neutral identifier | Keeps similar candidates distinguishable. |
| Product URL | The exact live listing, not a search result | Returns you to the same candidate for rechecking. |
| Category | Shoes, clothing, bag, accessory, or another useful group | Makes like-for-like filtering easier. |
| Seller | Visible seller or shop identifier | Prevents mixing evidence from different listings. |
| Variant | Exact color, model, bundle, and option text | Photos and prices may change by option. |
| Listed Price | Displayed item price, currency, and date checked | Separates the listing input from later costs. |
| Size | Chosen label plus relevant measurements and units | Letter sizes alone are not comparable. |
| QC Status | Not requested, pending, reviewed, or issue found | Shows whether inspection evidence exists. |
| Shipping Notes | Weight clues, packaging needs, or restrictions to verify | Flags unknowns without inventing a quote. |
| Last Checked | The date the listing and notes were reviewed | Makes stale rows visible. |
| Decision Status | Researching, Needs Verification, Shortlisted, or Rejected | Explains where the candidate sits in the review. |
Start with One Consistent Header Row
Copy this header into a new sheet. It is an on-page example, not a downloadable or live ACBuy database.

Illustrative row: the name and values show a recording pattern only; they do not describe a real product or seller.
Use Status Labels That Explain the Next Action
Researching
The link is recorded, but basic listing facts are still being collected.
Needs Verification
A material unknown—such as variant, size, seller, QC evidence, or cost—must be resolved.
Shortlisted
The candidate meets the current criteria and is ready for a final live-page check.
Rejected
The reason is recorded so the same weak candidate is not researched again.
Compare Rows, Then Recheck the Source
- 01
Capture the exact listing
Save the product URL, seller, option text, visible price, and date. Do not use a search-results URL as the product record.
- 02
Normalize the comparison
Use the same currency note, measurement unit, QC state, and decision labels across every row.
- 03
Compare material differences
Line up size evidence, missing details, visible construction, price inputs, and shipping unknowns—not just thumbnails.
- 04
Assign the next check
Name one action that could change the decision, such as confirming a chart landmark or requesting a specific QC view.
- 05
Refresh before action
Reopen shortlisted links, update Last Checked, and confirm that variant, price, description, and availability still match the row.
Keep sizing and QC evidence beside the link
When fit or visible condition could change the choice, record the relevant measurement and QC question in the same row rather than relying on memory.
